Take the stress out of carrying loads to the beach or amenities. Golf carts are a great addition to this resort. Renter must rent for the entire length of reservation. Key and fuel will be in a storage bin and lockbox information will be provided upon reservation completion.
Owner rules and policies
Renters must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Owner reserves the right to deny rental services to any person they deem unfit to use their vehicles.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have all the relevant information before booking.
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up date, we will happily refund your full amount, minus a minor 3% credit card transaction fee.
If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up date, we will only be able to refund 75% of your total amount paid. We kindly ask for your understanding as we have prepared your vehicle and blocked off our calendar specifically for your requested rental dates.

Beautiful resort townhome with heated pools!
You will be close to everything when you stay at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. With 11 pools (5 heated and one beachside), a full service restaurant on the beach, 18 hole putting course, tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard and a fitness center, you will have hours of entertainment in your own back yard! It is an approx 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a walking path one block from my unit leading to the Shoppes at Edgewater which has restaurants, ice cream, and multiple recreational activities. Along with the two bedrooms there is a sofa that can make into a double bed for up to two more guests. Gated community with two reserved parking spaces along with an overflow lot down the road.
