Owner rules and policies
Renters must be at least 23 years old and show a valid driver’s license at time of pick-up. Robert Rivera reserves the right to deny rental services to any person they deem unfit to use their vehicles.
Renters must have valid auto insurance and driver license.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have all the relevant information before booking.
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up date, we will happily refund your full amount, minus a minor 3% credit card transaction fee.
If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up date, we will only be able to refund 75% of your total amount paid. We kindly ask for your understanding as we have prepared your vehicle and blocked off our calendar specifically for your requested rental dates.

You’ll love staying at this updated townhome with easy access to the family pool across the unit, dazzling white sandy beaches of Crystal Beach within walking distance, and Destin Commons for shopping/dining options. This townhome has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and updated living/kitchen spaces. A private laundry room and fully stocked kitchen is perfect for that home away from home feeling. The lower level of the townhome provides a private entrance that leads into 2 bedrooms (a queen and full bed/twin bunk overhead). Both rooms have access to the private patio and yard.
