***The golf cart is an exclusive amenity only available to guests staying at our Airbnb.***. The 2 night minimum aligns with Airbnb requirements, however, cart must be rented for the full term of your stay.
EV red golf cart, seats 6 and has a long range lithium battery. Cart will run up to 30 miles on one full charge and travels at speeds up to 25 mph. Luxury golf cart stays parked at the house and is available for an additional fee to guests.
Local and beach parking permits are included. Visit this site to review the rules for operating a golf cart on Oak Island roads.

Additional notes:
When you first rent the cart:
1. Inspect and take photo of front and back of cart and send to Fenderly host/email to ensure cart is in good working order and has no damages.
2. The key is in the lock box in the closet of the main bedroom (downstairs). The code to unlock the box will be sent to you.
When you leave:
1. If dirty or sandy from use, please hose off cart and AVOID DIRECTLY SPRAYING WATER ON BATTERY AND DASHBOARD AREA.
2. Return cart to parking space and ensure charging cable is in its designated place (under the front seat).
3. Take photo of front and back of cart again to ensure cart is in good working order and has no damages.
4. Place golf cart key on kitchen counter and take a photo.
5. Send all photos to Fenderly host/email.
How to charge the cart:
• Charging cable is stored under the front seat.
• Plug designated end into charging port located on the front side of the second row of the cart.
• Plug the other end into wall receptacle.
• Allow to charge fully. Red charging indicator light is located on the front dashboard of the cart.
• Once fully charged, unplug both ends and return the charging cable to storage area under the front seat.
• A full charge allows you to drive approximately 30 miles (depending on load and speed).

Owner rules and policies
Renters must be at least 21 years old and show a valid driver’s license at time of pick-up. Cassie Wallace reserves the right to deny rental services to any person they deem unfit to use their vehicles.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have all the relevant information before booking.
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up date, we will happily refund your full amount, minus a minor 3% credit card transaction fee.
If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up date, we will only be able to refund 75% of your total amount paid. We kindly ask for your understanding as we have prepared your vehicle and blocked off our calendar specifically for your requested rental dates.
