Renters must be at least 21 years old and show a valid driver’s license at time of pick-up.  Owner reserves the right to deny rental services to any person they deem unfit to use their vehicles.  
Free Cart Delivery can be arranged for near or around downtown Carpinteria/Linden Ave. The Cart will need to be dropped off at the same location as it was picked up unless other accommodations have been made with the owner.

The Cart must stay within Carpinteria City limits and only travel on streets up to 35 mph.

The Cart has a tracking device installed for the safety and security of our renters.

You must purchase insurance for an additional $15 per day through our insurance website prior to pick up:

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have all the relevant information before booking.

If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up date, we will happily refund your full amount, minus a minor 3% credit card transaction fee.

If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up date, we will only be able to refund 75% of your total amount paid.  We kindly ask for your understanding as we have prepared your vehicle and blocked off our calendar specifically for your requested rental dates.
