Renters must be at least 21 years old and show a valid driver’s license at time of pick-up.   Nicole Korczak reserves the right to deny rental services to any person they deem unfit to use their vehicles.  
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have all the relevant information before booking.

If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up date, we will happily refund your full amount, minus a minor 3% credit card transaction fee.

If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up date, we will only be able to refund 75% of your total amount paid.  We kindly ask for your understanding as we have prepared your vehicle and blocked off our calendar specifically for your requested rental dates.
