This cart is for rent to guests of High Tides cottage only.
Owner rules and policies
Renters must be at least 21 years old and be able to provide a valid driver’s license at time of rental. We reserve the right to deny rental services to any person they deem unfit to use their vehicles.
All drivers must have a valid license. Failure to comply can result in the immediate cancellation of your golf cart rental without refund or credit.
The golf cart is subject to the same laws and regulations as motor vehicles. By renting, you agree to operate the golf cart in compliance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, including but not limited to ensuring that the driver is not under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
You agree to keep the golf cart within the confines of Ocean Springs Golf Cart Area (golf cart area map is located within the High Tides binder as well as within the golf cart).
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have all the relevant information before booking.
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up date, we will happily refund your full amount, minus a minor 3% credit card transaction fee.
If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up date, we will only be able to refund 75% of your total amount paid. We kindly ask for your understanding as we have prepared your vehicle and blocked off our calendar specifically for your requested rental dates.
