We exclusively offer our beautiful Club Car Onward as a rental for guests of Jasmines Retreats only. This luxury golf cart is pristine in like new condition, usb ports, blinkers, led lights, seatbelts, This Golf Cart is only offered for rental to Confirmed Guests of our vacation rental, Jasmines Retreat in Port Aransas. A Golf Cart is the only way to get the Port Aransas Experience. Drive to your favorite spot on the beach and all over town. All renters will be required to sign a separate Rental Agreement with Texas Yachting Center that will b emailed after booking is completed online with Fenderly.. A copy of Insurance and Drivers license will be required, and credit card information will be kept on file.

Owner rules and policies
Renters must be at least 26 years old and show a valid driver’s license at time of pick-up. Kyle Eby reserves the right to deny rental services to any person they deem unfit to use their vehicles.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have all the relevant information before booking.
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up date, we will happily refund your full amount, minus a minor 3% credit card transaction fee.
If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up date, we will only be able to refund 50% of your total amount paid. We kindly ask for your understanding as we have prepared your vehicle and blocked off our calendar specifically for your requested rental dates.
Rules and Regulations
Don't drive down HWY 361, operating the golf cart on this HWY is dangerous and illegal. Be sure to check with your vacation rental to make sure you can take the cart to your rental.
Don't drive into or near the water - this includes, but is not limited to : bays, boat docks, the shoreline, the ocean, puddles, etc. Allow at least 100 feet of distance from the water. (Water damage fees will apply)
Don't allow anyone else who is not authorized to operate the vehicle at anytime. This will result in $100+ penalty and revocation of the rental without refund.
Don't drive past mile marker 40 on the beach. (Mile markers are located on the sand dunes.)
Don't drive into or near the dunes or anywhere else that is not a road. The beach is considered a public roadway.
Don't operate the vehicle without proper restraints at any given time. This applies to all passengers in the vehicle- including adults and children. No children or any other occupant can ride in the laps of other passengers.
Remember, golf carts are considered motor vehicles in Port Aransas & the same traffic laws apply.(Including, but not limited to: seat belts, open containers, DWI.
