We offer this Gem E-6 only to our valued guests at Sea Haven home in Chincoteague, to make their vacation extra special. There is no hassle - no pick up or drop off. The car is parked right here, just leave it in the driveway when you are done.

Keep it charged:
We ask that you check the charge level before you drive it, and make sure you are leaving Sea Haven on a full charge.
The maximum range of the car is about 20 miles on a full charge.
Towing fee:
If you run it down to zero, and we have to call a tow truck, we will charge you the price of the towing, which is usually around $100, and deduct it from the security deposit.
Car Cover:
Please replace the cover when you are done for the day, or when there is inclement weather.
Please make sure and use the bungee cords wrapped around the mirrors to keep the cover on in high wind.
Cleaning Fee:
We charge a $100 cleaning fee per rental that comes out after the rental is completed.

Owner rules and policies
Renters must be at least 21 years old and show a valid driver’s license at time of pick-up. Patrick Harvey reserves the right to deny rental services to any person they deem unfit to use their vehicles.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have all the relevant information before booking.
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up date, we will happily refund your full amount, minus a minor 3% credit card transaction fee.
If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up date, we will only be able to refund 75% of your total amount paid. We kindly ask for your understanding as we have prepared your vehicle and blocked off our calendar specifically for your requested rental dates.

Built in 1905 as a grocery store, this historic home was a gathering place for islanders seeking refuge during the 1962 Ash Wednesday storm as mentioned in "Stormy: Misty's Foal" by Marguerite Henry. Today, it is a haven for your family to relax and rejuvenate by the ocean on Chincoteague island. Beautiful Sea Haven is a perfect place to continue your family's story. Enjoy the spacious living room, cozy bedrooms, updated kitchen and bathrooms and the unmatched sea view in a quiet neighborhood. This house has been updated since it was built in 1905, but you will still experience the charm of original floors and original grocery store shelves. As a historic home, it does have some quirks, but you can’t beat the luxury of spacious and updated bathrooms, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
