Renters must be at least 21 years old and show a valid driver’s license and insurance at time of pick-up.   Ownership reserves the right to deny rental services to any person they deem unfit to use their vehicle at ANY point before or during the rental period.
Ownership assumes zero liability for any injuries suffered by any parties resulting from the operation of this vehicle.

ANY AND ALL moving violations, traffic citations, and/or accidental damage to the vehicle is the sole responsibility of the renter. At a minimum the entirely of the security deposit WILL BE HELD until proper checkout procedures are followed and the condition of the cart is confirmed to be as it was upon the rental of the vehicle.

Operation of the golf cart is permissible ONLY in the following beach communities on the 30A. From the East (approximately 4 miles from Bahama Breeze), beginning with The Big Chill and moving West, these listed communities are gold cart friendly.  The Big Chill/Watersound, Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beaches. The daily range of our fully charged golf cart will comfortably navigate these towns.

NOTICE: This vehicle contains a GPS tracking system. Ownership as well as our property managers will be notified immediately if the cart travels East of the Big Chill or West of Grayton Beach. The Publix Grocery Store at Natures Walk  is within the permissible  radius of operation.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up date, we will happily refund your full amount, minus a minor 3% credit card transaction fee.

If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your pick-up date, we will only be able to refund 75% of your total amount paid.  We kindly ask for your understanding as we have prepared your vehicle and blocked off our calendar specifically for your requested rental dates.
